About the Role
Le Bain Blanc Marrakech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our team, ensure exceptional guest service, and keep the house's daily operations running smoothly. You will oversee staff, manage guest relations, handle till operations, and organise workflow for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
—Lead and manage the spa's daily operations and team coordination
—Oversee staff scheduling and performance evaluation
—Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth and hospitality
—Manage till operations and financial accuracy
—Organise and optimise workflow processes for maximum efficiency
—Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts with diplomacy
—Support public relations initiatives and represent the Le Bain Blanc brand, including social media shoots and content days
—Maintain high standards of service and operational excellence
Required
Required Qualifications
- Languages : Fluent in Arabic, French and English, spoken and written
- Guest service : Demonstrated ability to engage, support and delight guests
- Leadership : Proven experience managing teams and organising workflow
- Problem-solving : Strong conflict-resolution skills and composure in difficult situations
- Communication : A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organisation : Close attention to detail and excellent time management
- Financial literacy : Comfortable handling till operations and basic financial reporting
Preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a spa, wellness centre, or in the hospitality/service industry
- Experience in public relations or marketing
- Familiarity with operations-management or point-of-sale software
